In this tutorial, I will teach you how to have your own real estate chatbot assistant to which you can assign a goal for it to achieve and also a context for it to behave accordingly. This will take you less than 5 minutes and will save you the time of answering messages and hiring an assistant that would cost you about 100X more. Another thing I have experienced is that the stress load that comes from messages when a client or prospect is dissatisfied or writes in a certain tone that puts us in a difficult position has completely gone away because the chatbot responds so well in the conversation that it even seems as if it knew how to handle those types of circumstances and once I have reviewed the messages not only has time passed but the conversation has flowed professionally.

What can a Real Estate Chatbot do for you?

  • Reply to messages when you are busy with another task.
  • Provide support to your client with information about your business.
  • Qualify leads and capture more data by asking questions to the participant in the conversation.
  • Schedule new appointments and notify you.

Where can you set up the chatbot?

  • A real phone number
  • Facebook Business Page
  • Instagram Business Page (Coming soon)
  • WhatsApp Business (Coming soon)

So this is how it works. First, we will create a chatbot profile where we will define the goal we want our chatbot to achieve; in this case, it will be to try to get us appointments, and we will also define the context (we will tell it how it should behave). This profile will serve us globally for all the automation options we have created for the chatbot to interact, so you only do it once.

Creating a Chatbot Profile

1) Log in to your Advertizip account and go to the left sidebar menu and click on AI Chatbot. Then hit the button Chatbot Profiles.

2) In this case, I have configured the chatbot to try to secure an appointment in any conversation that begins with a lead. Additionally, it will ask the lead about their current job, yearly income, and credit score. Upon capturing this data, you will see it in a structured format within the lead details.

Connect your Facebook Business Pages and assign a chatbot

2) At the top right, you will see a button that says "Connect Meta Account." Hit it!

3) Now you will be able to link the Facebook pages you manage to Advertizip. Make sure to choose only the ones you are going to use.

4) In this step, you can import the existing leads that you have generated with Facebook Lead Forms for your page, but the important thing is to activate the option that says "Sync for real-time new incoming leads and messages." This is what will allow the chatbot to receive messages and respond in real time.

5) Click next to finish the set up. Pages are linked, great! now let's activate the chatbot.

Make sure to select the chatbot profile created. In the 'Chatbot Active' column, you can globally activate or deactivate the chatbot.
