Here I bring you a small guide on how to send your new leads to Follow Up Boss with the help of Zapier in less than 5 minutes. Let's do it.
1) Visit the following URL: https://zapier.com/apps/advertizip/integrations . Find this zap that is highlighted in the image:
2) You will then see a diagram with the integration of both apps... you only need to click on Advertizip and go to the account tab.
3) There you will have to put your user (which is your email) and your password, the ones you use to access your Advertizip account.
Important: If you created your account by signing up directly with Google, your account does not have a password set up. You just need to visit the login , click on "forgot my password," and follow the instructions that will be sent to your email.
4) Next, in the Trigger tab: make sure to select your current lead generation campaign, which is actually the only one that will appear to you.
5) Then, in the Test tab (pay attention): Here you have to click on Test Trigger but you will see that once it finishes loading a button at the bottom that says Skip Test will appear, you have to hit it fast (for some reason it hides quickly and it is a problem that Zapier is experiencing this last week, I hope they fix it soon).
We are done with Advertizip. Now, in the diagram on the left, click to select Follow Up Boss.

6) In the "App & Event" tab, make sure "Create or Update Contact Without Triggering Action Plan" is selected.
7) (IMPORTANT) Continue to the "Account" tab, where you will be asked to insert your Follow Up Boss API KEY.
Then, you just need to click on 'continue' in the next two tabs to complete the process.
Done. Your leads will automatically arrive in your Follow Up Boss account.
